Shipping Policy

All items are handmade to order and will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Once your order is fulfilled, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking shows the item has been successfully delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal carrier or delivery service.

We do not currently offer expedited processing, but we work hard to ship orders promptly without compromising quality.

Return Policy

Because each item is handmade to order, returns are only accepted if there is an issue on our end, such as an incorrect item, wrong size sent, or a flaw in craftsmanship.

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description in your message

Returns due to buyer’s remorse, sizing errors, or changes of mind are not accepted. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Are your items handmade?
Yes. Every sweatshirt is handmade to order with care. Minor variations may occur and are a natural part of the handmade process.

How do I choose the right size?
Our sweatshirts are unisex with a relaxed fit. Please review the size chart before ordering. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, sizing up is recommended.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 5 business days of purchase. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch (within the U.S.).

Can I return or exchange my order?
Only if there is a seller error (wrong item, defect, etc.). You must contact us within 5 days of delivery. See our Return Policy above for full details.

Can I customize my order?
We offer limited personalization (such as alternate titles like “Mama,” “Gigi,” etc.). Please message us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. However, you can leave a gift message at checkout, and we will include it with your order.
